A range of cosmetic procedures is available in our ‘beauty boutique’ treatments, including microblading and semi-permanent make-up.
Aesthetic treatments aim to enhance the features and for many people, improving their look doesn’t always require the need for reducing the signs of ageing and improving the skin’s tone and texture. Applying make-up on a daily basis can often help to brighten the appearance and accentuate the features for a fresh and vibrant look.
The eyebrows and eyelashes help to frame the eyes and when these features are expertly shaped and enhanced they can open up the eyes. Microblading is a method of temporarily tattooing the eyebrows, for a fuller more even shape, that can add colour for a bolder more defined look.
Treatments for the eyelashes can include extensions and lifting, also adding volume and colour for lashes that are more noticeable.
Semi-permanent make-up, also called micro-pigmentation, can be applied to the eyebrows, lips, and eyelids (eyeliner). The products last up to 2 years and produce a smudge-proof solution to your usual cosmetics for instant transformation to facial characteristics.
A pre-treatment consultation will give you the chance to express your desires and needs.
An expert therapist will need to discuss what type of procedures you wish to undergo. The recommendations will be made according to the outcome you are looking to achieve along with your individual skin condition and medical history. This will determine your suitability.
A qualified and trained professional will be able to carry out procedures of this nature and every step will be taken to ensure you are as comfortable as possible. There may be a degree of discomfort experienced, but many clients do not describe the procedures as painful. Cool packs and numbing creams can be used to alleviate any sensitivity.
Whether you are undergoing a lash lift, microblading, semi-permanent make-up, or eyelash treatments, the results will be instant.
Any swelling can be soothed using a cool pack administered for up to 20 minutes. It may be recommended that you keep the area dry during the healing process and avoid using facial cleansers that contain alcohol. Your therapist will advise when it is ok to start using other cosmetic products, in order not to disrupt the pigment. And, as always, be careful not to pick or peel the treated area while it is healing.
In some uncommon cases, a person has reacted to the product, experiencing cracking, blistering, or peeling skin. If a person does not follow the appropriate aftercare advice it can increase the risk of developing an infection.
Our excellent service and high standards as described by you, our valued clients.
