Dermal fillers are small injections of gel that aim to add volume to soft tissue and fill in wrinkles, with most modern non-permanent fillers containing hyaluronic acid
You can use fillers in different parts of your face: around the eyes, cheeks, mouth and jaw line.
Lines, wrinkles and facial volume loss occurs as a person gets older and the structure of the skin changes. Levels of collagen and elastin begin to decline, contributing to a complexion that is drier and less likely to spring back to its original form.
More than 1 million men and women choose to undergo this treatment; popular for its cost-effectiveness and non-invasive approach to facial rejuvenation. We use two of the best known products: Juvederm (Allergan) and Restylane (Medicis); brands that are safe, sterile and do not contain any animal by-products.
Your visit will begin with a consultation, when you will meet with your healthcare professional and discuss your concerns and goals.
The treatment area will be cleaned and you will be given a topical anaesthetic to numb the area prior to injection. Lidocaine is often contained within many filler products – a mild anaesthetic that is used to minimise discomfort, both during and after your treatment. Your practitioner will then administer the filler just beneath the skin; restoring lost volume, ironing out lines and wrinkles and helping to enhance the natural contours of the face. Lip fillers consist of a more gentle formula and are administered directly into the lip tissue.
Our fully insured expert and qualified aesthetic practitioner team ensures a customised treatment plan is followed for each individual patient, and they are renowned for their excellent approach to aftercare. Results may be evident immediately after treatment and will continue to develop over the week that follows.

Smoother, younger looking skin
Dermal fillers can help to replace lost volume from the facial features, smooth the appearance of lines and wrinkles, plump up the lips and restore a more youthful appearance. Your pre-treatment consultation will discuss your conditions, desired outcome and medical history – including any allergy information, to determine whether dermal fillers are the right treatment for you. You may not be suitable if you are taking medications, such as: aspirin or ibuprofen, that may increase the likelihood of bruising.
Dermal fillers can be used anywhere on the face, where the skin needs refreshing. Skin revitalisation can be successful for conditions, such as: smile lines, lip lines, marionette lines, nasolabial folds, cobblestone chin, jowls, gaunt cheeks, neck bands, wrinkly hands and decolletage.
Depending on the product used and the area that has been treated, you may see evidence of the results, immediately after the procedure. The outcome will continue to enhance and develop for up to 7 days after the treatment, when you will notice an improvement in the texture and overall look of the features, as they become younger in appearance.
The length of time in which the dermal fillers will last, often depends on the treated area, the product used and the individual response of the patient. In general, a denser product that is administered at a deeper level will ensure the results last for a reasonable amount of time, and recommended follow up procedures will enable the outcome to last over a longer period of time – adjusting the dosage of filler and the applied technique, accordingly. It is important to note that fillers containing Hyaluronic acid are temporary, and will dissolve between 6 and 18 months.
Fillers are a low risk treatment and developing complications is very rare. Bruising, swelling, itching and redness may occur after treatment, which will subside quite quickly after the procedure. Our fully insured expert and qualified aesthetic practitioner team will ensure you are made fully aware of any aftercare instructions, including exposure to conditions of extreme heat (like when sunbathing or in a solarium) or extreme cold.
Our excellent service and high standards as described by you, our valued clients.
